A coach, a builder, and a lifelong student of the game — turning basketball into a vehicle for mentorship, character, and opportunity.
Seth Leonard is the Director of Development for Ascend Basketball Network, founder of Kingdom Abound, and owner of Mighty Ants Professional Basketball. He serves as Head Boys Basketball Coach at Central Dauphin High School — a role that's earned him Pennsylvania AP Big School Coach of the Year honors alongside state, district, and county championships.
A native of the game long before he became a coach, Seth played NCAA Division II basketball at the University of South Carolina Aiken, where he served as team captain. That foundation in leadership carried directly into his career: by day, he works as a special educator in the Central Dauphin School District, and off the court, he channels that same dedication into building young people up through basketball and beyond.
Seth's work is built on mentorship and program-building, helping athletes and organizations grow far beyond the scoreboard. He lives in York, PA, with his wife, CJericka, their daughters Seila, Eleanora, and Eleia, and their son, Jayden.
